Biorank applies a structured, transparent, evidence-based methodology to rank supplement products. We analyze the clinical research behind every ingredient, verify doses against what was actually studied, assess safety profiles, evaluate value for money, and penalize products where hype outpaces science.
Every score is public. Every ranking is explained in plain English. Every ingredient dose is compared against the clinical literature. If a product uses a proprietary blend to hide what is actually inside, we flag it. If a brand spends more on influencers than on formulation, our Hype Penalty reflects that.
We rank based on published clinical research, not testimonials, influencer opinions, or manufacturer claims. If the evidence is limited, we say so.
Our full methodology is public. Every score component is visible. We explain why a product received its ranking, including where it falls short.
We do not accept sponsorships from supplement brands. Affiliate partnerships never influence rankings. The score is the score.
Products with outsized marketing relative to evidence receive a Hype Penalty. Brands with transparent labeling and third-party testing earn higher scores.
We translate complex clinical data into clear, actionable information. You should not need a biochemistry degree to understand if a supplement works.
Science evolves. When new research changes the picture, we update scores and explain what changed. We do not pretend old assessments were always right.
